I want comments from the shipping section added in to the tracking and/or shipment emails. We list install docs there, etc.
Without a variables list I'm a bit lost.
Also, what if we have a specific attachment we would like to include with a specific product email instead? So if you buy Widget A it sends the Install Docs for Widget A that is listed on that product page?

I am afraid, it is required to extend template editor. It is not possible out of the box. As alternative, you can take files from the Attachments section and put the to the Files to sell one. In this case, links to files should present in the email body
