Is it possible to set different templates for the different emails sent?
So one for ‘Processed’, another for ‘Complete’ etc.
Order statuses just allows you to change the text, not the actual layout.

When you can coding, and have some knowledge about css ans smarty you can do all what you want. But this is no default feature with easy editing from cs-cart
