Hi everyone,
We have an issue with our emails, as the {{company_name }} variable is showing the name of the vendor instead of the marketplace and the logo is also that of the vendor and not of the marketplace.
In the Email template editor it shows the correct version of the email when you "preview" the email, however when we do an actual order, it all gets replaced by the vendor account.
We have no idea what could have caused this as the company name and logo obviously work and the variables and snippets work too, since the preview in the editor gives us the right result.
