Email order confermation problem

Hi



I use cart 2.1

When a customer puts a order should not cs-cart send a mail directly like an order confirmation ?



when i change order status from Open Closed or processed it sends a mail so the mail function seams to work…



please help

Check in Orders>Order Statuses>Processed



Make sure the check boxes are ticked!
