Email Notifications Not Being Sent

[font=“Open Sans, sans-serif”][color=“#555555”][size=3]I have the multi vendor edition and vendors/clients aren’t receiving any email notifications when they sign up, when an order is placed or when they order a gift certificate if they have a google account email. [/size][/color][/font]

[color=#555555]Clients/vendors with,, or mircrosoft exchange accounts are receiving emails notifications perfectly fine. [/color]

[color=#555555]Does anyone know why there is an issue with google account emails?[/color]

Spam filtering?


Most likely, the letters are rejected as spam so they could be either put in the “Spam” mail section or simply blocked.

It is possible that the sender host is in the server black list. I suggest contacting the administration of the mail service in question about it.
