Electro: logo size and position.

I am attempting to change the size of my store logo in the electro skin. The current size of the logo is 149 x 39 and I would like to change it to at the very least 200 x 50. After doing this in firebug it blows the bg image out and puts a gray bar between the search.tpl and the top_menu.tpl. I believe I need to alter the padding. I am new to smarty so customizing the skin has been a killer for me. Anyone have any ideas?

I changed the logo size within admin, results are here http://www.topbuzza.com (adult) this is the electro skin too…

Do you think you could share with me / us how you managed to change through admin. Or any other way that it can be done?
