Editing Layout Of A Custom Page

I've added a Custom Page via Website > Content > Add Page

I want to customise the layout of this page but its all locked (apart from being able to turn blocks off and on). I can't delete any grids or add new ones.

You should create a new layout page for this page at first:

Then just enable this layout for the required page only

On the custom layout page I have a custom menu that I want on the page. I only want the custom menu, not the main menu which is in the header of the custom page.

How do I set a header that is specific only to this custom page?

On the layout page use the "Set custom configuration link" for the header
