Editing 'become A Seller/vendor Page'

Hi Guys,

I need some help here, I’m trying to delete the right

in this page containing the information and basically only make the form in the middle. The apply_for_vendor.tpl only controls the form, even if I remove all the code there the description persists, I can hide the
itself by changing the CSS class but I’m looking for a better fix for this.

Any ideas ?
