Edit Tpl Files

Im starting to try and edit files to move things around not using css but am always unsure where to look to find the specific files to amnipulate.

FOr instance I am trying to move this "weight" section to any of the areas marked

could anyone give me any tips please (my onsite template editor only allows me to change text headings etc, noy like it used to enable you to view all files)

Product templates are located in the following directory:

design/themes/THEME/templates/blocks/product_templates/

{$smarty.capture.$advanced_options nofilter}

Do not move this section out of the product form
