At check out page at step 2 Billing & Shipping Address, it shows “[color=#7F7F7F][font=Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, sans-serif][size=3]Any questions? Contact our Customer Service at 123-12-23”. How do I change this phone #? [/size][/font][/color]

It is a language variable “shipping_tips”, so you can search by phrase “shipping_tips” and edit its value on the “Administration → Language → Translations” page.
