I just enabled amazon checkout and ran a test. I get an order on CScart, but I ALSO get the same order on seller central mixed in with our amazon orders (we sell on Amazon as well). The 2 get different order numbers between cart and amazon. Does anyone have a solution on how to avoid sending out double orders? I don't really have to time to check each order for duplicates. Thanks!

The entire amazon plugin is useless at the moment (outdated and with many errors). Better wait until cs-cart has rewritten it.
