Recently we've noticed our cart regularly producing two Gift Certificates for every single Gift Certificate purchase.
The first code's status is “Failed”, the second “Pending”. Leaves a bit of a mess for us to clean up.
Purchases are made via Paypal.
Please contact CS-Cart support team with this issue. We have never faced such issue with the Gift Certificate module
Issue resolved. Custom programming left two transaction options available, and first option was non-applicable, so it failed, then cycled around to the second option.
