Dropdown Missing

I had issue I just not see anymore dropdown list in bulk categories need click on plus then choose cat

Increase the value of the following constants in the config.php file\

define('CATEGORY_THRESHOLD', 100);
define('CATEGORY_SHOW_ALL', 100);

One of them is responsible for this dropdown
