We've been using cs-cart for quite a time and found out that the drawback in cs-cart that it is not user-friendly for admin's to edit the emails like account creation, vendor account creation, forgot password.
For editing these emails, one has to modify the .tpl files.
This basic functionality should be present in the dashboard itself so that the store admin can do these tasks themselves without asking for a dev to do the same.
We would be open to suggestions/alternatives on the same.
