Downloads cannot be accessed by client, transaction appears as cancelled


We've been having some problems with the processing of orders. Customers pay for the products they buy from our shop but are not able to access them. When we check their orders, [color=#5F5F5F][font=Tahoma, Arial, Verdana,]Payment processor response is “[/font][/color][color=#000000][font=Tahoma, Arial, Verdana,]Transaction was canceled by the customer”, which is not the case, since the customer has paid and the money are transferred. We always have to complete these orders manually and it's been happening more and more often.[/font][/color]
