Downloaded the Trial Version

I have a macbook air and downloaded the trial version of Professinal. I see a folder with a bunch of other folders/docs etc. I have no idea what to do next. Thanks.

Thanks that looks like its it. Are there and web designers out there that can help me design/modify my CS cart when I but it? For a fee obviously. Some that was very familiar with CS cart would be great. Thanks
