We’ve used them for about two years. When we started hosting with SimpleHelix, service was good. It turned to crap (slow and unreliable). Now CS-Cart is so messed up that we can’t login, clients can’t login, orders are failing, and data from the databases has been lost.
We have a big reseller account that I’m working on dumping.
