Discount Coupon Error

Hi everyone,



Based on Knoweldge base, I set up 10% D/C coupon to give it specific customer so she can get 10% off on her payment process but it has been failed as my set up didn’t work properly.



I don’t figure out where was in error. Please check attached screen shot on each section in General/Condition/Bonuses I set up and help me out what was wrong in them.

In this case you need to use the “Coupon code” condition not the “Automatically generated coupon codes” one.

Hi, thank you for your valuable answer. If so, what should I put on coupon code??



There are options on coupton code option:

-Equal

-Contains

-In



Could you kindly explaing each option means and what should I put in them? Should put them manual code? And what should I do next on bonus section?

In this case you should put your coupon code in this field.

The “Equal” option means that a coupon code entered by a customer must be equal to the one entered into the promotion condition.



The “Contains” option means that a coupon code entered by a customer must contain the code entered into the promotion condition.



The “In” option means that a coupon code entered by a customer must be in the codes array entered into the promotion condition.

Yes, in this case you need to enter the code manually. In the bonus section you need to define a necessary discount.
