Our client cannot see discount coupon code text box on the shopping cart or checkout page [url]http://www.flexilabels.co.uk/[/url] perhaps code has been modified or something has been un-ticked in the Admin section.
Any help would be appreciated.

You could check the dates of the coupon are still valid or you could check whether the coupon is set to active in your admin section.
Test coupons are still in date. Please advise where do I check them in Admin? Thanks
In admin, go to to Catalog, then Promotions and you should see any discounts or coupons you have created. You will also be able to see if they are active.
