Disabled shipping is not working

Hi,



I have [COLOR=Red]disabled the shipping methods,[/COLOR] but the PayPal checkout process is not working if the “Shipping address” fields are unchecked in the user settings. It requires still these fields enabled (checkout, only show) in the profile fields to be working properly:


  • First name
  • Last name
  • Address
  • City



    My question is why have these 4 fields to be are active when the shipping methods are disabled?



    Is it maybe a bug?
