any easy way to setup cscart to disallow using say DHL or any other expensive mail service for small orders? Got manual shipping rates, mistake in charging shipping fee can cost more then whole total.
By default, you can configure only weight limitations. But we can develop a modification ( https://simtechdev.com/helpdesk )

Each shipping method has the "Weight limit" settings. This is the easiest way to disable shipping methods for light weight orders
