Disable Create New Category On Import

Due to a user error, during some recent imports new categories and vendors were created.



is there a way to disable this behavior? I don’t want vendors creating new categories.

hi,



if you block this behaviour, some products will be imported without category - in CS-Cart if product has no category, it is not displayed anywhere;

some advanced workaround is needed and it will require additional development so we are at your service

thanks. another thing to think about…



it should of course not import if it can't complete the task…
