Have an issue here.
I sell some scripts (rarfiles) and nearly everytime when a client purchased a script - the scriptfile is gone or the readme file is gone… very annoying when I get mad phone calls all the time saying that the rarfile does not contain the script…
Already a few times I got a paypal dispute because of this 
…another few times and my account will be blocked for sure I guess… so is this a known issue?
Is it because a previous buyer downloaded the file and dragged the file outside the rarfile? … big mysterie for me… but one thing for sure… I need to upload the files nearly everythime after a purchase

I'm about to sell a video file that needs a readme included. I added the readme text in the files tab of the product detail page in the admin. Where will the customer see this readme text?
