I am planning to maintain a blog for my website.
I want mywebsite.com - This website is for sale! - mywebsite Resources and Information. as a url for the blog with a new layout. The layout for the blog should not have any effect on www.mywebsite.com (default layout).
I want to create the blog in a new layout.
Is it possible to creat like the above mentioned in cs-cart version 3.0.3?
If possible please help me how it can be done

Yes, this can be done within CS-Cart. But it is not a trivial task and cannot be explained in few sentences.
