I'm curious is this used in the front end for the customer? As far as I can tell it might only be
used when in design mode. Its 151kb of overkill if so and i would like to remove it from my front
end template.
Also… is there any other javascript or css files that are only used for Design Mode
that can be removed to help minimize loading time?
