Developed on 206. Should I upgrade and how?

Hi,



I have developed a site using 206. While I have been busy developing the latest cart version has moved on to 208. The site is now ready for launch and when I launch it will be moving to a new server.





Should I upgrade while I am at it and if so what should my steps be? Most of my changes have been to the CSS. Will I be able to import the db from 206 into version 208?

Our shop was live so we just upgraded from the admin area under upgrades



2.06 to 2.07

than

2.07 to 2.08

Why wait? He will still need to do the 2.0.6->2.0.7 and 2.0.7->2.0.8 upgrades in the upgrade center. Besides, he is ready to launch now and no one knows when 2.0.9 will be ready.
