Design Layout Social Links Block - Change 'get Social' Text

I want to change the text on the shopfront beside the social icons.

I know to access this in the Social Links block using Design Layouts.

I'm not familiar with the whole smarty template thing so forgive me if this is a simple question.

I can see that the text value is somehow coming from smarty as a variable, it's within the curly brackets:

{__("get_social")}

Where do I find the place to edit the variable value? I can't seem to find it in the CS-Cart admin.

I know I can simply change this to the value I want but that would be removing the smarty aspect which seems rather pointless.

Any ideas, suggestions appreciated.

You can edit the language variables on Administration > Languages > Translations page in the admin panel.
