can anyone advise how I can drop all the descriptions (I have 1500 products) to the detailed descriptions section from a csv or do I have to add manually?
I already have the images in and prices etc…

the best thing for you do is add a couple of products manually, give them images, give them details, basically put in a value for every field, then export the catalogue and see how it looks, it will have all the information you will need.
As for deleting your products 10 at a time, don’t delete the products, delete the category, (managae categories)
also, can i just add… ive had a look at your shop and i noticed that your clothing items, lingerie etc dont have any size options or colour otions etc etc, there isnt a way to add all of these to your CSV as they go into seperate tables in your database, so depending on how many products you got it could be quite a big job going through them 1 by 1.
