Delete order status

I am wondering if its possible to delete some of the order status’ (stati?). We only use Open and Complete. The order status list has delete dimmed out. Any advice?

You can probably remove it from the data base but you will also have errors if you use any of the payment modules.

You could go into them and select them not to be e,mailed to customer.



so in effect making them redundant

even that i do NOT select to notify customer, the customer does receive an email. any help please…

I vaguely remember that I had this problem a while back. I had some webmail configuration issues. You might search the forum for something related to this. I know this is quite vague but it’s a thought and it might help.
