Delete "open" order by user missing

Hi All,



I have following problem:

User put an item into his cart, follows it to payment page and then closes browser window or navigate to different page. When he comes back, order is still there with OPEN state, which is nice, BUT he has no possibility to delete it or repeate payment.

I search for some configuration to change this behaviour but I was unsuccesful.



Can anyone help?

You don’t want customers to have the ability to delete orders. You can change the configuration in Orders—>Order statuses
