I am learning to use CS Cart for a client in order to do some product work for her. I have a couple of requests (and questions) that I need answers to as soon as possible as we are on a tight schedule if anyone can help…
Global Options
Are there definitions of the terms used anywhere? Things like “variant” and “modifier”, that I know the definitions of but not their use in the program. For example, what data should be in those fields like product color, etc. What are the usable data options available? Is there a list?
If there isn’t a list of usable data I think there should be. Maybe a drop-down list.
Instruction Manual
Is there a printable manual available or one that can be purchased? There is definitely a need for one.
Any help you can provide would be GREATLY appreciated. She is a new client and I am taking on the task that she had previously assigned to someone who is no longer with the company. Thank you!

Actually Mike, I saw no information about Global Options or Product Options at the knowledgebase.
