Dedicated Server - How Much Memory For Cs-Cart?

Hi all, I read the knowledge base article that describes increasing the default memory in config.local.php from 48m to 128m (CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation)



I have a dedicated server with 2gb of ram - is there any advantage in increasing the memory for CS Cart to an even higher amount?



I figure since we have the resources available I can throw them all at optimising Cs Cart.



I also changed the caching system to 'sqlite' as per this thread; How do you knwo what cache type to use? - General Questions - CS-Cart Community Forums and that seems to have helped a lot too.

This is a PHP maximum limit. If you're not running into it, there's no need to increase it. In fact, if you started running into it which having made any significant changes (like lots more products, adding filters, etc.) then it would be a good “alarm” for you to take a look at what's happening on your site.

THanks, thats pretty much what i figured. As mentioned, we run a dedicated server and I thought it worth checking since the resources are there to use. :)
