Dbase crashing more than should be

Have had a few issues and had to repair the database (Version 2.1.4).



There seems to be no rhyme nor reason for this happening - the site/backend has not been touched and the only activity has been adding products (by the customer) so why does this happen, quite often in fact?



I was unable to access the admin side of the site having been presented with a blank/white page and the website itself provided “Error Occured” as a message with the rest of the page blank??



Having had a couple of problems with the dbase and having to repair on a couple of occasions I did a repair - but how often is this expected to happen.



I would like to upgrade to 2.2.2 but have seen that there are quite a few issues there as well. So have not upgraded as yet.



Am waiting for a stable version to purchase another license (and hopefully the Product Designer) but would really like to know that things are stable and working.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear that you experience this problem.



Note that there are no well-known reasons for the “Error Occured” error to be displayed by itself in a standard CS-Cart installation and then to disappear suddenly. The probable reason for this problem on your side could be some database problems on your server. I suggest that you should contact your server administrator and ask him/her if there were any problems with the database when these problems occurred.
