Running well here. Have you contacted them?

I can’t even access cyberlnc web site. I guess they have big problems? They have a blank page giving errors, etc. Maybe its just me…anyone with problems?

You’ll most likely find that the firewall has blocked you or they are in the midst of an upgrade.

Thanks for the link I guess it’s just me but what do I need to do? This is a first.

I think Jesse will help you out. Don’t worry.

I’m good just sitting here scratching my head, ha. The thing is I try to call the number on my billing but no go. I sent an email via an email for tickets? See what happens. Thanks guys I don’t get on here to often but the help is appreciated. Sorry for calling cyberlnc out like this but just not sure what the deal is. They are the best hosting that we have used by far just my lack of knowledge.

Okay! We’re up and running again. Jesse, Joe…thanks you guys are magical. I don’t know if it was you two or the email but up again. Everyone is happy and thanks for your help and cyberlnc fixing things very quickly.

They’re the best!!! Thanks forum;)

Cyberlnc contacted me within 5min of sending that email and explained the reason and fixed the problem. First Class Service all the way for these guys. Amazing hosting service and I highly recommend Cyberlnc for hosting.

Thanks!

Hello,

I’m at Pair.com, USA.

I live in France, Europe.

One time, bridge for Europe of the Pittsburgh Internet Exchange, operate by Pair.com, was down.

So, my website was OK for USA, and down 2 hours for Europe.

Think about this!

All down here . My Site down. cyberlnc down.

my cpanel service status reports httpd (2.2.11 (Unix)) failed

I can ftp into it just fine and ping of it just fine, but browser shows page not found.

Just checked and I haven’t visited my site since this problem was first posted about.

Sent of a message directly to scott and it hasn’t bounced back.

Yes, I notice that other websites hosted by CynberLNC are not accessable now. However, I can enter my site. Weird…

…problem since joining cyberlnc but when THEIR site is not accessible then the double-worry hat goes on…lol

No choice but to wait it out.

Just so freaky that I can ftp in just fine and ping off it just fine but just can’t see the web site.

I am not sure where you are Joe but can you try www.jameshouseofstyle.com

there is no good reson for you to be able to see it but it would be some comfort to know that maybe some customers cam still see it.

Sorry, can not. I’ve had similar problem once when they had a hardware failure. Not again…I have to pray for that now…

I hope it’s not an omen.

In December I plan to ‘not’ renew the lease of my retail store.

Ebay is strong enough to carry us I would like to build up my own site

because ebay can give you the boot at their whim.

Fingers crossed for all of us in these times.

hi. any more news on CyberInc

We are The12voltshop.co.uk and we have nothing, can’t even get into their own site. Have they gone bust or something.

Jean

We are back.

I must now wait for the explanation as to why of it all.

By the sounds of it, the trouble has been occuring for several days.

It was bad enough having the site go down without the Cyberlnc site going down as well. Made it a little hard to call for help.

CyberLNC runs very tight security on all of its servers. A client and/or a customer can have the IP blocked up to 60 minutes or more due to any number of reasons.

This is done to help prevent server side exploits and DDOS attacks among other reasons.

Clients are not placed on a single server, they are added to any number of servers within our data centers. Because are tight security is in place, its also possible that an IP could have been temporarily baned across of them.

If accessing your own site or CyberLNC is not possible, you can always send an email to support @ cyberlnc , com. This is monitored 24/7.

As of this post, none of our servers are down or have been down for some time now.

Just a quick note to say that we are back up and running and that David Litz at CyberLNC has been really helpful, as always.
