I thought this will be update on version 2…
does anyone has any mod for this ?
What kind of mod do you want?
You can disable this in credit cards or you can change the name in Languages (search for cvv2) to something like “Security code”.

How do we add it to the checkout.? link or…
This seemed like the most simple solution for me… In Content > Languages, I use this value for cvv2 variable:
Security Code
I also had a customer ask what CVV2 is. I looked up her order and this is what it says on the order page:
“This transaction was approved. However, the Card Security Code provided had too few, too many, or invalid character types but, as per your account option settings, was not required in the approval process.”
Where are my account settings?
I thought I was requiring these codes, otherwise orders would fail…as a security measure. Evidently not. Can anyone help?
[quote name=‘jobosales’]The settings are most likely for your payment processor (e.g., Authorize.net).

I’m using PayPal Pro. Settings are probably in my PayPal profile then. I will check it out.
I probably want CVV2 to be required, right?
I am not familiar with PayPal Pro but that sounds right.

We also use Paypal Pro as our processor, you will be able to adjust the security levels as you desire within your Paypal account under your “Profile” settings.

You currently have it set so that the transaction will still be approved even though incorrect CVV2 details were added.

OK thanks for that. I found the settings in my PayPal account.
