Customer Support (Live Chat) Software?

I've been using BoldChat Premiere for awhile now. I love it because not only does it allow me to chat with customers but I can also create tickets for other users and even check my companies' email through the software too (saves the hassle of having to being at PC with Thunderbird/Outlook running or webmail which is often limited to 1 email address).

I was just wondering if BoldChat was the only game in town with FULL customer support software, not just live chat. I really wanted to check out some other options.

I've been looking around. LiveHelp looks like its just chat.

What does anybody else use? Just curious.

Well you can use Comm100 Live chat with support ticket feature and this is free of cost… Most of the ecommerce site owner using this kid and me too.

Do any of these have a webmail-like feature, allowing to check email? Just curious.

Well Free version is for only existing clients… so the new signup will take monthly cost…

LivePerson is my fave, and also checkout Kayako. Negotiate them both on price.
