Currently I can customize the last part of my URL. So if you follow this path:
Electronics > Computers > Desktops
the url will be:
mysite.com/electronics/computers/custom-desktops
Is there a way to make the URL just?:
mysite.com/custom-desktops
If there is no setting I can change, is it possible to get this programmed for less than a few hundred dollars?

open in Administration > Addons the Seo Addon and select at Categories SEF URL format the last option.
