I am looking for a developer to work on a new store-front design using cs-cart. I would like for someone to be able to turn my designs into an actual website using my photoshop design. There is a clear layout that I have in my mind with a couple of extra addons. My budget is $1000 per site and the time frame is 1 month. I myself know php and html and understand how to do this. When you say addons , do you mean custom php modules which have not been written yet?
