Csv File Import Issue

Hello
and Help !
I regularly edit csv files to update my data on my website, in the form of csv files.
in this case, these are photographs storage addresses that the back office needs to display them.
How to compare the structure of these files, one from 2018 is accepted (File-Import-Photos-1118-1705_CDM056-57), the other from 2020, not (File-Import-Photos-FD-1106-1915) .
between the two, same code to make them from my Excel database, one year apart, and a change of machine and Excel version between the two.
These files are edited by Excel, 2013 for the first (File-Import-Photos-1118-1705_CDM056-57), then 2016 for the last (File-Import-Photos-1118-1705_CDM056-57)
From the point of view of content they are identically constructed, structures, separators, etc.
In this case, the second is bigger, but I also sent big ones last year.
Hint: the change of machine and Excel appeared between the two;
In all cases, the Excel files produced were converted with covertio to pass them into csv.
The back office of my site indicates this error message:
the setting during import:
of course I declare comma as separator.
The error message:
Error: The delimiters in the csv file are different from the ones you selected!
However, it is indeed the comma that is declared as a separator

No other modification, obviously in the code.
The right way to go crazy!
Any Idea ?
