CSS errors and others with iCab

Hi,

A returning customer from my previous store tried to make a purchase today and received CSS errors along with others non of which I really understand. His computer is a Powerbook G4 and Tiger (10.4.3) and his browser of choice is iCab.

My main concern is the CSS errors, my store site uses the austere skin. Below is a paste of his email, of the errors he received from. I replaced my site info with “Store”.

I tried iCab (“as IE6”) again, and on the checkout page the same thing happened: when I entered the code, iCab just did nothing. However, iCab produced the following error report:

Hi Joe,

The only changes I made to any CSS file, was to the color of the drop downs on the top menu as the color default setting did not work well, and the other change I made was to a file correcting the download link for downloadable files that was sent to customers.

I have had no other reports from other users about any other problems.

Also I believe this user, uses AOL (another source of problems IMHO).

But the thing that gets me is that iCab is reporting CSS errors, so to me that would be across other browsers as well even though they work ok, I have very little CSS experience so I am sort of clueless here on what to change or even what to look for.

OK, just resized I might have left one important thing I left out.

The customer was getting this error after entering a discount coupon code and then clicking Apply, so the error may only be from discount code, code?
