It is very well priced in my opinion and they can do practically anything you want to do with your store (within reason).
Speaking from experience, make sure you give them as much detailed information about your requirements as possible.
I have created many page mockups in Photoshop for them which illustrate exactly how we would like pages to work which I think has helped the process.
I am a very happy customer.
