Absolutely not - CS-cart has outstanding service - they have always answered my presales concerns thoroughly and timely. I have needed custom development and their committment to the project was superior. I think this is one area that sold me on cs-cart… I truely dont think there is another cart that is in thier league as far as support.
The forum is mainly a user forum. Sometimes i wish these forums were alittle more active. but we all have jobs other than writting in forums all day. If you dont get an answer to your post - post it again - or try a different heading…people here dont blindly answer when they dont have one. Also, i have read many posts that go unanswered - probably because what the user has asked is unclear. So, make sure you clearly state your problem or question in terms that someone without your references may understand…
