Does any one use cs for sending quotes to customer, whats a good work around, I have looked at various options as changing and adding new proflies as “quote” but then altering the email templates and order statuses doesnt match up.



I wondered if anyone else has it operating so as to quote somone byt adding products perhaps to basket and then send the “quote” to customer.
