I am playing with the multi vendor edition demo at the moment and it seems that:
the vendor commission includes the shipping? Can it be changed so it is excluding shipping?
It doesn’t seem to allow customers to contact the vendor to ask questions about their products. i.e the vendor home page should have a contact form or am I missing something?
Doesn’t anyone from CS-Cart answer questions within the pre-sales section to help get sales across the line or is this forum only for user to user communication?

After playing around a little more with the online demo I noticed the communication features for the invoices. This would be perfect if it was attached to products as well allowing customers to ask questions directly to the vendor.
