I have to say that cs cart in comparison to other systems is the only one turning adress bar green with regular ssl like comodo essential which cost about 20eur.

Has nothing to do with cs-cart. It is all about the ssl certificate.
Prestashop is unsecured under ssl …

And green with comodo essential only. … For about 20 euros
