We have a regular licence for CS-Cart: version 3.0.6 ULTIMATE

Is it possible to upgrade our website to version 4.2.x without any payment?

You get free updates for one year from the day you get your license . So if you are still in that one year you can upgrade, if not you must pay an upgrade pack or something.
