Cs-Cart Do Not Support Vps Server?

Hello Team,

One of my customers CS-Cart files moved to shared SERVER to VPS server but now CS-Cart store not working/loading.

CS-Cart do not support VPS Server? else we need to do any additional work to our CS-Cart to work/load in VPS server?

It deppends on the server configuration, it doesn't matter if it is a shared or vps server. Please check this "

Thank you for your message and information. Finally we have changed VPS server to Ultimate server in Godaddy because we do not have have much time to research and fix the server problem now.
