cs-cart devs: helpdesk script?

I was wondering if you guys do sell also your helpdesk script? If yes, will it be part of the CS-Cart database?

There are alot of very nice mods coming soon. Some will be available in v1.3.4 and even better mods in v1.3.5, CS is working hard on making one of the best shopping cart solutions even better…

I have bought CS just today and I’m starting using it.

I’m also interested in helpdesk module.

There will be the possibility to upload a file and assign it to a determinated user (like your helpdesk)?

yep, helpdesk script would be fantastic: its almost unmissable these days.

You can also get an external helpdesk script, but integrated with the main

program (cs-cart) would be much handier!!!



Any news on this b.t.w. (or releasedate for 1.3.4?)

Do you realize that if CS-Cart added a Helpdesk what a selling point that would be. There are currently no shopping carts with a decent helpdesk. None, zero, nada… well there is viart and… well, 'nuff said.

Indeed - if they can get the Live Help bugs worked out, and added the helpdesk… yowza
