havent tried your tool yet, but any addition to the CS-Cart arsenal is great!
I would recommend you to offer a free package like others do (zopim is one of them) with very limited resources, as most of the shop owners have small stores and run them themselfs, so many times the need very few.
It is also o good way to bring full customers. First they get to know you, then they trust you and buy. Its a very common tactic in the internet service industry.
As said just my opinion.
