Cs-Cart 4.1.2 Importing From 2.2.4 Via Store Import Hangs

Hello, I just purchased a year extension to upgrade from 2.2.4 to 4.1.2



Now it took maybe 20-25 minutes to do the store import but now its been 30mins+ staying on



Upgrading to 401





Converting orders



Is this normal ?



in my php.ini file the max memory allocated is 1024, so not sure what to do now…

Does anyone know how I can make sure it actually hangs ?



Is there anything I can do to see if its doing something or if the process is in an infinite loop ?

Were you ever able to find a fix for this and get your store imported? I'm waiting for the helpdesk to respond to my email as I'm having the same issue.
